Find a movement
The exercise library includes resistance-band movements, bodyweight exercises, and stretches. Use the equipment filters to focus on what you have available.

Read the exercise details
Open an exercise for its demonstration, instructions, and muscle information. Read the setup before trying a movement, and follow the instructions supplied with your band and any anchor you use.
Bring it into your routine
Use the exercise picker in Builder to add movements to a custom workout. Review the order and timing so you know what to expect before the session starts.
Before you train
Choose an amount of exercise that suits your current ability. Stop for pain, dizziness, or unusual breathlessness. If an injury or health condition affects exercise, seek advice from a qualified health professional.
