About Band: the app and the person behind it
Hi, I’m Muslim Zabirov, the developer behind Resistance Band Training. Band brings workout previews, exercise demonstrations, and a custom builder together so you can see what’s ahead and choose how to train.

A clearer starting point for your next workout
Owning a resistance band is a starting point. Choosing a movement, understanding the setup, and putting a session together are the next steps. That is where Band fits.
You can follow a guided workout or choose your own exercises. Before starting, you can look through the routine and check what each movement involves. The aim is to make those decisions easier to navigate.
The person behind Band
I’m Muslim Zabirov. I develop Resistance Band Training, which is published by Activefitapps. This website is another way to explore the app: you can read a guide, inspect a real exercise demonstration, or check a band setup before downloading.
If something is unclear, I welcome specific feedback. A confusing instruction or a missing detail is worth hearing about, just as much as an idea for a new feature.

The app gives you a few ways to prepare and follow a session. Each serves a different part of the workout.

See the session first
Workout previews show the exercise list and prescriptions before you start the timer.
Take a closer look
Exercise details bring the demonstration, instructions, and muscle information into one place.
Make room for your preferences
Builder lets you choose exercises and adjust the order, timing, rest, and rounds.
How Band is developing
Band’s iPhone version history begins in October 2021. The app’s core idea continues here: help people explore resistance band training and organize their sessions.
In October 2026, we expanded this website with an exercise library using real app demonstrations, an equipment guide, and original learning pages. The comparisons connect practical equipment questions to the movements shown in Band.
The website and app are separate releases. Check the store listing for the version currently available on your device.

Real app screens, clear equipment descriptions, and guides written for Band. When an article discusses research, it links to the source and explains what the findings can—and cannot—tell us.
Comparisons acknowledge tradeoffs. Worked examples are labeled as examples. We identify the setup in a demonstration rather than promise that every band or accessory will work.
Band helps organize a workout; it does not watch your technique or provide individual coaching. That distinction matters when deciding what support you need.
Help shape what comes next
What would make Band more useful in your next session? Send a suggestion, tell us where you got stuck, or point out an instruction that needs a clearer explanation.
For an app issue, include your device, app version, and what you were trying to do. For a website correction, send the page address. You do not need to write a long message—a specific example is a useful place to start.
